The entire church family is invited to this fundraiser hosted by our High School Missions Team.
This is a CASH ONLY event. We recommend bringing $25-40 per person. Please register in advanced so we can estimate how much food to have available.
Our Main Entrance to the Worship Center will be the only entrance and exit point during the fundraiser. A cover charge will be collected at the door:
- $10 / adult
- $5 / child
- $5 / child ages 1-5 for child care in the Nursery (otherwise, children ages 1-5 can join your family for free).
Concessions:
- $3 / slice of pizza
- $3 / hot dog
- $3 / nachos
- $2 / bag of chips
- $2 / candy bar
- $2 / can of soda
- $1 / bottled water
- $1-3 / baked treat
$1 raffle tickets can be purchased. The raffle will be for amazing gift baskets put together by local businesses and members of Hope Church. All funds will go toward the High School APEX Missions Trip to Kansas City.
Here's an outline for the night:
- 9-square (Main Lobby).
- Billiards, Carpet Ball, Foosball, Ping Pong and karaoke (The Loft).
- Board games, card games and the like (Fellowship Hall).
- Concessions, raffle tickets and informational packets about our missions team and trip (Kitchen counter).
- Spike Ball tourney (Drake Hall). Winners get a free concenssion item!!
