This year will be our second annual High School Winter Retreat at Stronghold Camp and Retreat Center! We are looking forward to a fun weekend away to unplug, dive into God's Word together and enjoy building into our community!
Our theme this year is "Ascend", drawn from Hebrews 11-12. Lord willing our students will come away with a deeper heart knowledge of God's holiness, faithfulness and grace as we walk through the Hall of Faith and are invited to "Ascend" Mount Sinai through the work of Jesus!
Logistics
We will leave from Hope Church between 4:30-5:00 PM on Friday and head down to Oregon, IL, which is about 50 minutes away from Hope. We will be staying in Stronghold's Barrick Lodge for two nights! On Saturday we will spending time studying God's Word, singing and praying together, as well as participating in some fun group activities and free time. We will wrap things up on Sunday morning and start heading back at 11:00 AM to arrive at Hope Church right as second service is ending. This should make pickup super smooth!
The cost for this trip is $125. All meals and a T-shirt are included!
